The grounds look well-maintained and the new flooring in the rooms is nice. The mattresses were too hard, making it hard to sleep well.

The outside grounds are well-maintained, giving a decent first impression. The vinyl flooring and tile bathrooms are newer touches. the mattresses were quite hard for my liking, making it tough to get a good night's sleep.

This is a basic old-style motel with well-maintained grounds, newer vinyl flooring, and nice tile in the bathrooms. However, the hard mattresses and lack of soap and washcloths detracted from the experience. Plus, some adult TV channels were quite inappropriate for families. Overall, there’s potential here if improvements are made.

Decent grounds but needs serious cleaning
The grounds were nicely maintained, which made for a pleasant first impression. However, the room was less than satisfactory, with stained walls, thin pillows, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The hard mattress made it hard to sleep, and I was also uncomfortable with some of the adult channels on the TV. A thorough cleaning would significantly improve the experience.

An Unexpected Gem Near the Freeway
During my recent solo stay, I appreciated the cozy and well-maintained grounds of this motel. The newer vinyl flooring and charming crown molding added character. A notable surprise was the on-site dining options, perfect for quick meals after a long day. For future guests, I recommend keeping the AC on to mitigate freeway noise.

The motel has a decent exterior with well-kept grounds. My room had newer vinyl flooring that looked nice, but it fell short in several areas. The mattresses felt like sleeping on a rock. Thin towels without washcloths were disappointing. The bathroom door didn't close properly and lacked a lock, which felt unsafe. I found graffiti on the bathroom door frame, making it feel neglected. One of the biggest shocks was the unexpected adult TV channels that could have been quite inappropriate for families. Noise from the nearby freeway was noticeable, but the AC helped drown it out somewhat. There were also very few sources of light, leaving the room dim at night. The parking lot was monitored by police, which was odd and made me feel uneasy. Overall, it seems they are trying, but significant improvements are needed. Bring your own hangers as there were none in the room.

Budget motel
Very basic old-style motel. The grounds are nicely maintained. Rooms have air conditioning, flat-screen TV, private bathrooms, and newer vinyl flooring. No hangers or TV channel control though, which was a bit weird. Freeway noise is there, but bearable with A/C on. Bathrooms had nice tile and free toiletries.
